Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which can be printed at home or scanned via a mobile QR code at a drop-off location.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn items in their original UGG shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring you remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
